Cookele workshop: Spanish cuisine
A cultural experience to learn some words of Spanish in an innovative and playful way while cooking. Make your clients delve into the exquisite gastronomic variety of Granada and enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
Some of our most cherished memories are related to food. Smells, textures, flavors that transport us to a moment shared with people and in places that we will always keep in our memory.
The workshop demonstrates the gastronomic variety of Granada, the land of the three cultures. Arabs, Christians and Jews lived in harmony for many years and left us recipes that still survive in the kitchens of Granada families.
Your clients learn a few words of Spanish through the elaboration of these traditional recipes and taste the flavor of the authentic culture. Ideal for foodies, interested in Spanish culture and anyone who enjoys the simple pleasures of life.
The workshop starts with an extra virgin olive oil tasting to familiarize everyone with the Mediterranean diet. The class is very organic and adapts to everyone’s needs. The kitchen is fully equipped and immaculate, yet everything is organized in such a way as to maximize the cooking experience.
**OPTIONAL: The experience begins by visiting a market with some amazing seafood and products. After which there is a short walk back to the kitchen.
