That\u2019s why whenever we\u2019re given the opportunity, we collaborate with projects that share these values. When we found out that Granada was going to <strong>host the 10<sup>th<\/sup>Marketeros Nocturnos<\/strong><strong>meeting<\/strong>, we wanted to be part of it. Not only we were the sponsor, we also raffled <strong>a tour for two people around <\/strong><strong>Essential Granada<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>The proposals were also very interesting. We learned a lot from the eight female speakers who attended the event. Get to know this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ciceronegranada.com\/en\/granada-tours\/private\/\">Private Tour in Granada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Marketeros Nocturnos focuses on creativity, emotions and the customer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4101 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ciceronegranada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/granada-es-marketing-marketers-nocturnos-mujeres-cicerone-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"506\" height=\"412\" \/><\/strong><br \/>\nFirstly, we want to thank the <strong><em>Escuela Internacional de Protocolo\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>and <strong><em>Granada es Marketing\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>for leading this project. It\u2019s thanks to them that we\u2019ve been lucky enough to have the experienced <strong>Nadia Temer<\/strong>, <strong>Events Marketing specialis<\/strong>;\u00a0<strong>Carmen Ros,<\/strong> who came to talk about how and when to resort to <strong>influencer\u00a0marketing<\/strong> in the tourism sector;\u00a0<strong>Mariana Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, psychologist at Google who explained why getting things wrong is actually an opportunity;\u00a0<strong>Nani Arenas\u00a0<\/strong>who focused on the power of creativity in communication, <strong>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Nicol\u00e1s<\/strong>,\u00a0who opened the door to sports marketing;\u00a0<strong>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9<\/strong> Bayo, who focused on SMEs and last but not least, <strong>Ami Bond\u00ed,<\/strong>\u00a0who explained what we need to know in order to be successful in the digital world. <strong>Susana Arag\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>from <strong><em>Doctor Trece\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>moderated the debate panel, where the discussion about the role of women in communication was of great significance, especially thanks to the questions from the audience.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4103 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ciceronegranada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tour-privado-granada-imprescindible-cicerone-marketeros-nocturnos-min.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"534\" \/><br \/>\nTo draw the event to a close there was a raffle, in which the sponsors played an essential role. That\u2019s when <strong>Cicerone\u00a0<\/strong>gave\u00a0<strong>Paola Cantaboni<\/strong>\u00a0our private tour around Essential Granada.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of the speakers at <strong>Marketeros Nocturnos<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ciceronegranada.com\/en\/cicerone-the-media\/\">covered by Granada Digital and Canal Sur<\/a>, they all shared a <strong>mutual link: creativity and the customer<\/strong>. Creativity is a fundamental part of communication, especially as it\u2019s capable of creating different emotional responses from the audience. However, in order for it to be truly effective, <strong>we must be honest with our product<\/strong>. From there, we can add in imagination, always keeping in mind what the customer wants.<\/p>\n<h2>The values of an organization are key<\/h2>\n<p>All the <strong>women\u00a0<\/strong><strong>marketers\u00a0<\/strong>work based on the fact that every organization has values. <strong>All companies want to be remembered for something\u00a0<\/strong>and for having left their positive mark on our society. That\u2019s why it\u2019s <strong>important to always have these values in mind during all organisation processes<\/strong>. The fact that this stood out was of great interest to us, in particular as at <strong>Cicerone,<\/strong> we have very clear values. We want to be remembered for something very simple, but very difficult to achieve:<strong>for sharing Granada\u2019s past and present, boost the city\u2019s economy and respect its residents<\/strong>. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve opted for private tours and visits. In this sense, we think that less people mean higher quality, but in terms of our training, the more the better.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t want our visitors to be witness to Granada\u2019s history, but to be a part of this history. Their voices, footprints, laughter\u2026. they\u2019re already part of the city\u2019s life, because that\u2019s what history is: the life of the people. This is another example of how we\u2019re linked to <strong>Marketeras nocturnas<\/strong>: the customer is the core of the business. <strong>We fight to make this significant experience<\/strong>. In this sense, we try to make our tours more of a chat between friends than school trip, where it\u2019s almost impossible to talk to the guides.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, organising <strong>private tours<\/strong>\u00a0of the city offers a more respectful form of tourism around the city.
