You’re looking at tonnes of pages, and there are as many options as there are drops of water in the sea. So we’re going to give you our proposal, which is none other than our opinion on what to do during a weekend in Granada<\/strong> with Cicerone, your personal guide in the city of the Alhambra. Day 1 in Granada<\/h4>\n

\"Calle<\/h4>\n

To start, on a Friday evening in Granada<\/strong>, a walk through the street known as Calle Calder\u00eda, commonly known as the tea shop street<\/a>, trying some exquisite teas<\/strong> with sweets. With its steep hills and its cobblestones, it’s a joy to dive into the sea of aromas and flavours surrounding us. Between the sweet smell of the hookahs, the lights of the beautiful and colourful lamps, and the tea essences and sweets, you can spend a pleasant evening in Granada.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, a dinner on Calle Elvira or in Plaza Nueva, to finish up the day with the most romantic walk in Europe, Carrera del Darro and the Paseo de los Tristes. Nothing beats the feeling of getting lost amongst all the people moving along the bank of the Darro, with its shops, bars, and restaurants, under the watchful eye of the imposing Alhambra Tours<\/a>. The majestic medieval city looks out from atop the hill on the illuminated Granada night and lets those looking back at it fall in love with it.<\/p>\n

Day 2 in Granada<\/h4>\n

\"CalleAfter making initial contact with the city the night before, there’s nothing better than a guided private tour of Granada<\/strong><\/a>. You don’t have much time, and you need to take full advantage of it, so after gathering your strength at breakfast, there’s nothing better than heading to Plaza Bibrambla, the square for Granada residents. Here, a tour begins that will take you from Islam to Christianity, learning about the historic transformation of the city of Granada, from the centre to the lower Albaicin<\/strong>, accompanied by one of our professional guides, who will be happy to introduce you to the can’t-miss places<\/strong> that will make up the core of your local experience.<\/p>\n

The break for lunch lets you walk down the alleyways of the centre and the Alcaiceria. The many restaurants in the Bib-rambla<\/a> in the old Town of Granada<\/a>, Romanilla, and even Calle Navas areas give us countless options nearby, and then we can continue on with our afternoon plans.<\/p>\n

Just after lunch, a journey back into our past, to the Renaissance, the end of the Middle Ages, via the Royal Chapel<\/strong>, the tomb of the Catholic Monarchs, and the Cathedral<\/strong>. The symbolism of these impressive buildings will leave you impressed, since Granada was the high point of the Reconquista (reconquest of Granada), the city that capped off an age in the history of Spain.\u00a0 To not miss out on anything, it’s better to be accompanied by our guides on the guided tour of the Cathedral and the Capilla Real<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Day 3 in Granada<\/h4>\n

\"PatioTo start our last day in Granada the right way, the icing on the cake. If until now you’ve only headed up to our lookout points, now we’re going to explore the city in depth, in all its beauty and glory. The magnificent Alhambra and Generalife<\/a>, which we’ll visit in the morning. If you come as a group of two or three individuals, the best choice would be our semi-private tour of the Alhambra<\/strong>, as a small group of no more than 10, accompanied by the best guides in Granada.
