A voyage through 4 different cultures

Private tour to Albaicin and Sacromonte

One cannot leave Granada without losing the sense of time strolling around these two charming quarters that have been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Albaicin, the old Arab quarter, and Sacromonte where Jewish, Moorish, Christians and later on Gypsies lived for centuries.

Albaicin is a maze of narrow cobbled streets, white houses and hidden hammams that have witnessed the passing of time through centuries. Many important historical events happened here, which combined with interesting stories from its inhabitants will have your imagination travelling back in time.

Sacromonte is next to Albaicin and englobes a group of caves that served as homes for painters and Gypsies. They are very unique and have been attracting travelers and artists for centuries. Whitewashed and decorated with shiny copper pots, many of them are now Flamenco tablaos, where time after time travelers fall under the spell of the dancers and singers of this ancient and intense artistic expression.

Savor the typical tapa of Granada

Granada’s bars are an important part of our culture. They are warm and happy places where locals mingle with travelers to savor tapas and discuss the events of the day.

Our private tour to Albaicin and Sacromonte will be crowned with a delicious tapa and a drink at one of our favorite bars, where we can continue exchanging our impressions of the city. The perfect grand finale to a wonderful stroll.
